James Watt Dock
This is the largest of the Inverclyde sites being advanced by Riverside Inverclyde and Clydeport. This impressive mixed-use development opportunity will occupy in excess of 19.4 hectares with 480 m of prime riverfront. Plans are currently being developed to make the prominent Grade A listed Sugar Warehouse wind and watertight, advancing to a comprehensive programme of redevelopment. The whole site will be developed to create a critical mass of development in which people can live in loft or modern waterfront apartments, and work and play in the surrounding mixed commercial, retail and leisure developments. Opportunities will be available for investors and developers over the project period.
