The 3.03 hectare Kelburn site occupies an extremely well connected location, ideal for high quality commercial activity and light industrial use. Riverside Inverclyde will work with both indigenous and mobile investment companies to fully develop this area. Development opportunities are currently being advanced for this site with Riverside Inverclyde carrying out site preparation works in the early part of 2008.
