Riverside Business Park

This business park extends to some 1.9 hectares of new development land and includes the refurbishment of two existing buildings. The proposal will be to create in the region of 8,100 sq m of modern office space which will be directed towards new start incubation space, and bespoke enterprise and artist work space. The project will be delivered through various mechanisms including direct provision, partnership and disposal. Opportunities will be available for design teams and development partners.
