ri intend to build over 40,000 sq. ft. of high quality light industrial units over four pavillions on the site.
The site is on the east most edge of Port Glasgow and Inverclyde and provides excellent links through the A8 and M8. It is in close proximity to Glasgow Airport and Inverclyde's impressive port facilities.
The design requirements are currently being finalised and soon after a planning application will be submitted.
Tendering opportunities for building contractors will be advertised later in 2011 / early 2012.
