The Board

Ralph Leishman is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting.  He is a director of a Scottish based management consultancy firm, 4-consulting, and is responsible for the firm's services to public sector clients.  His clients include the Scottish Executive, Westminster departments, government agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies, educational institutions and local authorities. 

Ralph holds appointment as a Strategic Assignment Consultant with the Office of Government Commerce.  He is Chairman of Glasgow Educational & Marshall Trust, a Director of Scottish Youth Theatre and of Partners for Inclusion and, until July 2007, was Vice Chairman of Court at Glasgow Caledonian University.  A Justice of the Peace for Renfrewshire, Ralph lives in Kilmacolm and is a keen sailor and curler.
