Sharon Hodgson

Project Manager

Originally from Northern Ireland, Sharon completed a BA in Spanish and European Studies at Warwick University before heading north to Scotland where she has worked in economic development for the last 16 years.

Employed in Inverclyde since 2001, Sharon completed an MPhil in Urban Regeneration at Glasgow University in 2004 and has worked as a Project Manager with Riverside Inverclyde since August 2005. Her remit includes funding, strategy, business planning, monitoring and evaluation and partnership development and she loves the fact that there is rarely a dull moment in Riverside Inverclyde.

Away from the office Sharon's life is tinged with sadness as she doggedly supports Norwich City FC and the Northern Ireland National Football Team. When not sampling fine wines and good food she can be found in her garden sharing her husband's hobby of bee-keeping.
