Alastair Milloy

As Vice Principal Corporate Development for James Watt College, Alastair has overall responsibility for the College's support services including HR, Finance, Business Development, Estates and Student Services.  Alastair is the designated depute in the Principal's absence.

Prior to joining James Watt College in 2006, Alastair was Director of Finance at Motherwell College for 5 years.  During his time there, he secured the funding in its bid to the Scottish Funding Council to relocate the College to a new £70m campus at the old Ravenscraig Steelworks site.

After graduating from Glasgow University with a Bachelor of Accountancy, Alastair started his career with KPMG.  Since then, and prior to starting at Motherwell College, he held senior finance roles within leisure, restaurant and care companies.
