Cllr. David Wilson
David Wilson is one of four Councillors for Inverclyde's East Ward. Now retired, much of David's business career was spent in London with Rank Xerox and Dow Jones in senior management and marketing roles.
In addition to being a Director of Riverside Inverclyde, David is a Director of River Clyde Homes and Inverclyde Leisure. He is also on the Consultative Board of Glasgow Airport, Scottish Enterprise Renfrewshire and Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, and is Inverclyde Council's representative on the Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT).
David is a former Captain of Kilmacolm Golf Club and Director of the Kilmacolm and Port Glasgow Agricultural Society.
He sees his role within the Council and as active facilitator of the physical and social regeneration of Inverclyde.
