Steven McGarva
Steven McGarva is Divisional Director of Elphinstone, an innovative and enterprising privately owned Scottish group of companies which initiate and manage high quality residential and commercial developments. He has responsibility for the company's commercial projects.
Steven was born and raised in the south west of Scotland. After studying Land Economics at the University of Paisley he joined Scottish Enterprise working in Dundee, Edinburgh and latterly Glasgow, where as Director of Clyde Regeneration he reported to Scottish Ministers on the establishment of a £1.6 billion Regeneration Plan for the Clyde Waterfront.
Steven is married with two young children and lives in Gourock.
