1st Contact Sales, the fast-growing independent outbound call centre has announced an expansion into Ladyburn Business Centre in Greenock.
Following a period of sustained growth, the company is the latest tenant to sign up with regeneration company Riverside Inverclyde (ri), taking 506 square feet at Riverside Business Park.
1st Contact Sales are an independent outsource Telesales Company working across various business sectors from training, telecoms, cleaning, maintenance, hygiene and scanning businesses. The company provides a bespoke service tailored to each individual company’s needs, whether making appointments or selling those services over the phone. The move brings four skilled sales roles to Ladyburn Business Centre.

1st Contact Sales is the latest in a recent spurt of new tenants for ri, in what has seen a successful 2018 to date.

In April 2017, ri also announced a short-term meeting room hire by the day or week to businesses at Ladyburn, providing 517 sq ft of professional meeting space to host meetings or training courses.
The former Ladyburn School offers 27 traditional offices across two floors. Ladyburn Business Centre is part of the wider Riverside Business Park, which was developed and completed by Riverside Inverclyde in 2013.
With the increased market demand, Riverside Inverclyde will be turning its attention to filling the remaining three suites at Ladyburn ranging from 420 sq ft to 495 sq ft.
